Location: Chichester
Hours: 9:00am 5:00pm
Salary: Up to £28,000 dependant on experience.
Please note – this is a 3 month FTC, with possibilities to be extended further but not guaranteed at this time.
The Role
This is a varied and integral position, supporting the preparation of quotations, management of service contracts, and day-to-day commercial administration.
You will work closely with internal teams and clients, making strong communication skills and attention to detail essential for success.
Key Responsibilities Preparing and issuing accurate quotations within agreed deadlines Managing and maintaining service contracts and related documentation Updating and maintaining customer and contract records within the CRM system Logging client interactions, quotations, and updates on the CRM Handling client enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks Assisting with pricing, costings, and commercial data Ensuring records and systems are kept accurate and up to date Supporting contract renewals and amendments Monitoring deadlines and helping ensure contractual requirements are met Skills & Experience Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or similar role A proactive, self-starting approach Confident and professional telephone manner Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook) Experience using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is advantageous Please submit your CV , or contact (url removed) with any queries regarding the role.
