About your new Administration role:

– To handle and process customer defects and breakdowns
– Daily updating of incident management
– To ensure vehicle damage is progressed as per company procedures
– To assist in minimising off-road time for all vehicles and compliance to O-Licence regulations
– To ensure that all service and inspection documentation is correctly completed
– To work within and implement a policy of “preventative maintenance”
– Procurement of parts
– Production and updating of workshop and VOR reports on a daily basis
– Ad-Hoc duties as required

 
What you’ll need to succeed:

– Knowledge of the Transportation and/or logistics industry would be an advantage
– Verbal and written communication skills is a must
– Effective decision-making skills and problem solving
– Full driving licence would also be desirable
