Office Administrator – Castle Cary
Monday – Friday
08.30 am – 05.00 pm
GBP12.50 per hour
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
– Manage daily office tasks such as answering telephone calls, replying to emails and maintaining office supplies
– Organise and maintain files and records
– Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
– Communicate with clients and suppliers in a professional manner
– Enter and update data in our system accurately
– Work closely with the team to ensure efficient operation of the office
To be successful in this position you will need to have the following:
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
– Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
