Looking to recruit a Administrator based in Coalville to join a leading Property Services Company on a permanent basis
responsibilities:
* You’ll be involved in general contract duties such as correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, memos, emails and filing, and be responsible for arranging internal meetings and taking minutes.
* Updating client systems.
* Assist in pulling together information for contract KPI’s as required
* Delivering great customer service and liaising with tenants where needed
Offering GBP24,000 + benefits
requirements:
* Previous experience of an administrative role in Social housing/ Maintenance is ideal
* competent in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and have a strong customer focus.
* Based in office in Coalville (full time)
