We are seeking a reliable and efficient part-time administrator to join our team on a contract basis. If you are highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy providing administrative support, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the housing team.
* Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
* Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
* Liaise with tenants, contractors, and external partners as required.
* Support general office duties, including scheduling meetings and organising paperwork.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Knowledge and understanding of construction materials and technique would be beneficial.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in the housing or public sector is desirable but not essential.
