Role: Administrator/ Support
Location: GU35 9Q
Rate of Pay: GBP12 per hour (rate increases on night shifts)
Important Information on shifts/hours:
* May to September – Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)
* October to April (winter season) – Monday to Sunday (8hr period in 24 hrs) – Can work the unsociable hours from home during winter (Shifts work in rotation and flexibility available)
Job Details & Responsibilities:
* Looking after the landscape teams ensuring everything in line with SLAs
* Assist winter services in the winter months
* Using our in house software, manage the delivery of jobs allocated to the service delivery team ensuring contract specifics are adhered to
* Using internal national technicians to subcontractors as appropriate, with the aim of ensuring that the job is attended within the specified SLAs
* Speaking to key account managers and arranging quotes for subcontractors
Skills:
* Possess strong IT skills
* High level of communication skills with the ability to provide detailed information and advice in a clear and positive manner
* Ability to interact and communicate as appropriate with their audience, which will encompass colleagues, technicians, contract and performance managers, and third-party suppliers
* A keen eye for detail and ensure data input accuracy, adhere to process and compliance requirements
* Facilities Management background (beneficial)
