A client of mine is looking for an Administrator to join their team in their Dartford office or Potters Bar office.
This is a ongoing contract offering: GBP14.00 per hour with the opportunity to go permanent.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am to 17:00pm in the office.
(Hybrid working available in the future).Training will be for 4 weeks in their South Mimms office.
MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE.
Duties include:
* Maintaining accurate records of road space bookings using NOMS and NEMS systems.
* Input cone times and cancellations in relevant systems.
* Assist with the tracking and management of Time Scale Waivers (TSW) documentation and associated change control processes
* Monitor and maintain the Road Space inbox, answering emails and escalating queries as required.
* Assist with the processing of permits.
* Managing complaints.

Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
* Graduate experience
* Knowledge of the construction industry
* Comfortable with working to tight deadlines and within a fast-paced environment.
* Great organisational skills.
* Knowledge and experience of managing and maintaining data.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications as well as experience with managing and maintaining data.
