We’re Hiring: Administrator
Location: Nottingham City Centre
Full-Time / Permanent – 35 hours
Are you an organised, detailed orientated individual with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a proactive Administrator to join our team ensuring full regulatory compliance across the recruitment process
What you’ll do:
* Provide efficient administrative support to our recruitment teams
* Managing compliance checks via our onboarding portal – right-to-work checks, internal audits
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Liaising with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience
What we’re looking for?:
* Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication skills with a proactive, can do attitude
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
* Comfortable with technology / systems / online portals
