Part time Administrator
Fareham
12 hpw – Monday, Wednesday and Friday – 4 hrs per day
Ongoing – weekly paid
Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a knack for handling administrative tasks seamlessly? My client is seeking an Administrator with invoicing experience to join the team.
Key Requirements:
- Admin
- Customer service
- First point of contact for general enquiries
- Processing invoices/banking
- Writing quotes to email to customers
- Diary management
- Ordering of stock/Materials
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on invoicing.
- Proficiency in invoicing software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
