CantelloTayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client based in Windsor on an ongoing temporary basis.

The successful Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors when entering the office
  • Managing meeting rooms and ensuring they are ready and fully equipped for the booked meetings
  • Answering calls and directing to the relevant department.
  • Providing support to the Finance, HR and Recruitment team with ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers.
  • Distributing all incoming post to the different departments.
  • Providing support to the Office Manager including managing the car park rota
  • Ad hoc duties including printing, binding and scanning

The Administrator will have:

  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar and written skills
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • The ability to work independently and under pressure
