Your new role
As an Administrator & Documents Controller, you will play a key role in supporting property maintenance operations, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth coordination of activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing quotes, delivery notes and invoices, ensuring correct coding Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities Coordinating and scheduling statutory maintenance to ensure compliance Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, building strong relationships Supporting operatives with accurate job recording Assisting in improving systems, processes, and reporting for senior management This is a full-time role based in near Paisley (34.5 hours per week).
What you’ll need to succeed
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) High attention to detail and ability to manage records and schedules
Desirable:
Experience in facilities management, construction, or property maintenance Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations Exposure to KPI reporting Full UK driving licence
