We are looking for a new team member in our Expense & SES Finance Team.  You are structured, have attention for details, curious and want to be part of great and informal working environment. In this role you can expect to regularly be in contact with various parts of the organization and need to have good communications skills in Norwegian and English.

Job description

-Vendor invoice service entries
-Control and process Expense claims
-Monitor and follow up queries in the Expense functional mailbox
-Prepare and send required reports to Payroll within set deadlines
-Keep updated on internal travel and expense business practices and procedures
-Keep updated on Norwegian statutory travel and expense regulations
-Participate in various Internal audits and analysis related to expense reporting
-Continuous process improvements
-Ad hoc duties related to expense and SES accounting

 
 

Qualifications

-Higher commercial education at Bachelor Level
-Experience from Finance & Accounting
-Experience handling expense reports and payroll is an advantage
-Ability to work independently and in a team, proactive and focus on safety
-SAP knowledge and experience is an advantage
-Strong Excel knowledge and system skills
