  • Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
  • Location: Ringwood (This is a hybrid role with up to 3 to 4 days a week working from the office)
  • Salary: £26,000 – £28,000

I am seeking an Administrative Coordinator with exceptional planning and organisational skills to provide comprehensive support to my clients Construction Department. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a high level of dedication, capable of managing their own time and workload effectively. Knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Maintain diaries, arrange meetings, and appointments for the Divisional Construction Director and team.
  • Coordinate and maintain the Construction training schedule.
  • Obtain and collate accurate information required for reports.
  • Maintain standards and consistency by keeping up to date and operating within the latest defined standard specifications, using the approved documentation, process, systems, and source information to ensure consistent and effective performance.
  • Provide a professional, confidential, and efficient service within an environment of continuously developing demands.
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision and quickly learn to pre-empt the needs of the Director and their direct reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage own time and workload with initiative, flexibility, and tenacity.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to forge collaborative working relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated and dependable with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in or knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous.
