As part of the Operations team, you’ll contribute directly to our impact and be part of a company that’s changing the way legal services are delivered to air passengers across Europe.Your missionIn the Operations team, you’ll assist air passengers in obtaining the compensation they are entitled to by managing customer interactions and case processing. You will learn about passenger rights, handle customer dialogues, and gain experience in case administration within a dynamic team. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to help optimize workflows and implement new technologies to increase efficiency.Your Tasks:

  • Review and assess flight delay and cancellation cases
  • Handle and organize case documents and customer information
  • Communicate with customers via email in a friendly and professional manner
  • Help prepare cases for Scandinavian courts
  • Support improvements to how we work and handle cases
  • Pitch in with various small tasks that make each day a bit different

Your profile

  • You speak and write fluent Norwegian and English – we are currently seeking Norwegian-speaking talent
  • You are open to exploring new technologies and bring a positive, proactive mindset
