Main Responsibilities:

• Documentation and safety training control
• Interface with RSPP
• Support for tender office document management
• Control of employee medical examination schedules
• Preparation of documents and communications for delegations and instrument replacements
• Quotes, estimates, and invoicing in the Max Service
• Calculation of agency flat rate quotes and management of related invoices
• Maintenance and updating of files for instrument reconstructed items
• Maintenance and updating of MOD (modifications made to instruments)

Requirements:

• Certification of belonging to protected categories under Law 68/99, Article 1
• Familiarity with Excel is appreciated
• Good knowledge of English to interact with international teams
