We are currently looking for an Administrative assistant to the technical and prevention department to join our dynamic team at Service & Support Centre.

Do
- Support. You assist the Technical Manager / Internal Prevention advisor. You also work closely with HR and accounting.
- Administrate. You coordinate meetings from A-Z, manage correspondence, answer phone calls and organize the administrative follow-up (work accidents, periodic inspections …).
- Communicate. You give advice / and or instructions to the different properties regarding technical and safety topics.
- Organise. You organise medical check-ups and trainings that relate to the department. You train your colleagues when necessary.
- Participate. You takes part in audits in the field hygiene, safety, infrastructure and well-being.
- Improve. You contribute to a positive and safe working atmosphere in our properties and propose actions or services that increase the safety and well-being of your colleagues.
- Discover. You will regularly face new situations and challenges in our different properties; sharing your smile attitude is your mojo.

- Knowledge of software. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint do not have any secrets for you. Knowledge of ProTeam, Mpleo, SharePoint, Yammer, PMI, Opera and/or Baseware Alusta is a plus.
- Qualified. Being in the possession of the certificate Prevention adviser – level 3 is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience. Technical knowledge or experience in a similar position is not essential but nice to have. Any operational experience in hotel/restaurant is a plus.
- Flexible. No 9-5 mentality. You adapt easily to people and situations.
