As a Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to delivering exceptional quality.

Other tasks

  • You’ll actively participate in the investigation of both external complaints and internal deviations, guiding the process from start to finish;
  • Ensure timely and accurate registration of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in compliance with customer requirements and DSV Standards;
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead RCA efforts for complaints and deviations, actively supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
  • Maintain quality assurance-based reporting, utilizing these reports to monitor trends in complaint RCAs and the effectiveness of preventive actions;
  • Support operations to maintain all documentation (DMS) update following ISO 9001 standards.
  • Assist the QA Manager in developing, upgrading, and maintaining various documents, forms, and reports critical to our quality processes;
  • Provide guidance and support to quality check operators, overseeing their workload and the outcomes of their checks;
  • Offer support during external audits and internal process inspections;
  • Play a crucial role in optimizing collaboration between multiple departments, ensuring seamless interactions among customer service, inventory, warehouse operations, inbound processes, and more.

  • You have already some administrative experience within quality in a contract logistics environment;
  • You are fluent in Dutch & English;
  • Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail and a focus on efficiency.
  • Problem-solving mindset to uncover root causes and drive permanent solutions.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
