The Client is one of the largest multinational oil and gas company in the world.Main responsibilities:
- First (digital) point of contact for questions from employees and line managers,
- Preparing changes for the payroll administration, confirmation to employees and handling of associated checklists,
- Keeping local systems up to date for leave registration (Protime) and absenteeism (Xpertsuite),
- Pro-actively participate in the various HR meetings and projects,
- Correctly implement HR and legal regulations,
- Make proposals for improvements, additions and harmonization of existing HR regulations, procedures and processes,
- Maintaining (electronic) information files and archiving personnel files.
Main requirements:
- HBO diploma, preferably in HRM (or still studying),
- HR work experience is nice, but your personality profile is decisive,
- Competencies: accurate, proactive, strong communication skills, collaboration, solution-oriented thinking and stress-resistant (able to set priorities well),
- Skilled in quickly developing systems (Workday, Client, ADP Perman, Protime and Xpertsuite),
- Skilled in mastering and applying various legal and company-related personnel regulations,
- Excellent command of MS Office365 applications Word, Excel and MS Teams or equivalent applications,
- A good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
