We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to join our esteemed General Support Administration team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for someone passionate about delivering top-tier service to our university and its stakeholders. The successful candidate will assume a pivotal front-line position within our administration team, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration with various university personnel, including the Clinical Academic Groups (CAGs). We invite applications from experienced administrators with a proven track record in administrative roles, particularly those adept at managing various tasks such as scheduling and coordinating meetings both in-person and virtually, maintaining accurate minutes and agendas, and possessing excellent interpersonal abilities.   • Experience and knowledge of organising and minuting meetings
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
