Oxford Population Health (Nuffield Department of Population Health) contains world-renowned population health research groups and provides an excellent environment for multi-disciplinary research and teaching. The Clinical Trial Service Unit (CTSU) is a major international research institute within the NDPH, and is one of the world’s leading centres for research into chronic diseases, such as cancer and heart disease. 

We are seeking a highly numerate and organised individual ideally with previous experience in a finance role, good general administrative skills, who is a good communicator, has excellent attention to detail and will enjoy working within a team. As Administrative Assistant (Finance) your primary responsibility will be processing invoices, however other tasks may include data entry of incoming trial related forms, dispatching of clinic goods to sites and large-scale mailings to GP practices and study participants as required. 

To be considered for this post you will have administrative experience with a high level of numeracy skills, proven data entry skills with excellent attention to detail. You will also have the ability to communication clearly and work independently and as part of a team.

The post is full time (although part time considered) and fixed term for 2 years. The closing date for applications is noon on Thursday 7 March 2024.
