The Role:

The Road Safety Team are seeking a Administration Road Safety Officer to support the delivery of road safety education, training, and publicity across Hampshire.

What you’ll do:

The role will include answering enquires on the phone, booking training, filing, finance support, maintaining databases and organising deliveries. There will be opportunities to participate in public engagement events promoting road safety messages whilst speaking to the public.

The postholder is expected to attend training and complete an approximate 18 months Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours as set out in the Apprenticeship Standard. 

What we’re looking for:

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, able to communicate, work well within a team and independently. 

We’re looking for someone with solid administrative experience who can work confidently across a range of digital tools and software to manage and share information effectively. You’ll be highly organised, able to plan your workload efficiently, and demonstrate strong prioritisation skills to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
