Administration Assistant
Location: Manchester
Salary: £25,000 per year plus bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Are you an organised and motivated individual looking for a great opportunity in Administration? Our client is a well-established company in Manchester and they are currently seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic role for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Previous admin experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities as an Administration Assistant:
– Provide excellent customer service via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
– Multitask effectively, handling filing, data entry, document management, and office support.
– Use Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reports, and commission calculations.
– Manage emails professionally and efficiently.
– Assist with staff commission tracking and ensure payment accuracy.
– Answer phone calls and resolve customer queries in a friendly, professional manner.
– Use DocuSign (or similar) for digital document management.
– Provide administrative support across different departments.
Skills as an Administration Assistant:
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
– Strong written communication skills.
– Previous admin experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
– Ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively.
– Customer service experience (phone & email).
– Familiarity with DocuSign or similar platforms is a plus.
– A can-do attitude with a proactive approach to work.
