Administrator/Receptionist – Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Administrator/Receptionist for our Automotive client based in Aylesbury.
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
Hours: 8am-6pm (1 Saturday in 3) ( 9am-1pm)
Duties:
– To be the first point of contact for visitors
– To ensure that the reception area remains tidy and that literature and forms are updated as necessary
– Ordering parts
– Generating invoices
– Answering phone calls and taking messages
– Responding to customer email enquires
Requirements:
– Great attention to detail
– Great customer service skills
