Job Description:UE07 – £40,247 – £47,874ISG/Business Administration ServicesOpen ended, full time 35 hours per weekWe are seeking an Admin Business Partner who will serve as a strategic administrative partner to the Directors and Senior Managers of ISG Directorates across the full range of business and administrative functions, including our ISG Recruitment Support Service. You will be at the core of the Directorates providing professional advice, and information to help them achieve their goals and objectives. The ideal candidate for this role will be friendly and willing to take the initiative to jump in and assist with issues as they arise.We are operating to a hybrid working policy as a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.The Opportunity:As an Admin Business Partner in ISG, you will be part of the Business Administration Service Team and responsible for up to three of the ISG Directorates, managing two to three staff members. You will also be required to manage ISG Boards and provide secretariat to our thematic committees. We are looking for someone capable of prioritising business needs with the ability to display finesse and stability under pressure, who understands the highly adaptable nature of support work.Your skills and attributes for success
- Experience in taking ownership and responsibility, with the ability to grasp varied and complex issues, react swiftly to changing circumstances, manage information and communicate effectively.
- Experience in problem solving complex operational, reporting, and resourcing issues, including a good working knowledge and use of business intelligence tools, analytics and ideally, time recording tools.
- Evidence of high-level interpersonal skills, including possessing discretion and sensitivity towards confidential information
- Committed to collaboration and team work
- Experience in Project Administration e.g. tracking project milestones and associated billing.
