Based Thornbury, Bristol and working for one of the largest retail organisations in the UK, this temporary to permanent contract after 12 weeks probation is a great way to advance your career.
Working hours are 37.5 per week Monday – Friday 08:00-16:00 negotiable with an immediate Start! This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
As an engineering administrator you will be:
– Stock checks
– Updating spread sheets
– Data input on the workshop computer system
– Entering work Orders and assigning tasks
– Filing
– Checking work orders
– Engineering administration.
What we\’re looking for:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ideally experience in a busy transport environment or a strong administrative background.
– Strong organisational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office)
