Main Duties Include:
Supporting Performance Managers in coordinating with Local Authority representatives and Facilities Management (FM) team.
Collating daily performance data for all FM services.
Managing contractor inductions and updating spreadsheets related to inductions, DBS checks, and Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
Ensuring Helpdesk performance is in line with KPI compliance and managing any jeopardy.
Collecting operational data for monthly and annual reports.
Assisting with the completion of key business documents such as JERPs, Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Service Delivery Plans, and Monthly and Annual Service Reports.
Supporting the development, implementation, and review of project documents and procedures.
Requirements:
Previous administration experience, ideally within a similar setting.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Enhanced DBS (can be processed if you don’t have one)
