We are looking for Admin to join one of our client’s teams in Ashton-under-Lyne OL6 9RW
Job title: Admin
Location: Tameside Hospital, OL6 9RW
Temp: 04/11/2024 – 03/05/2025
Timings: 08:30 am – 5 pm
Pay rate: GBP12.05 per hour
Dbs: Basic DBS is required ( If you do not have DBS, we will process it for you)
Main Duties include:
* Scanning physical documents into electronic formats.
* Filing and organizing documents (both digital and physical).
* Retrieving documents for team members or managers as needed.
* Archiving outdated documents for long-term storage.
* Chasing subcontractors for updates on progress, invoices, or documentation.
* Maintaining accurate subcontractor records (contacts, agreements, compliance).
* Tracking and reminding subcontractors of deadlines.
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
* Assisting with generating reports, spreadsheets, or presentations.
* Entering data related to performance metrics.
* Providing general administrative support (emails, calendar management).
* Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail (including emails).
* Occasionally assisting with customer or client queries.
Requirement:
Must have Admin experience and Basic DBS is required
