Location: Burgess Hill
Hours: Ad hoc / weekend shifts available
Pay: multiple clients paying around 12.80- 13.50

Are you a confident, friendly individual with strong organisational skills and a professional telephone manner? We’re looking for reliable Reception & Administration cover to support a busy office in Pulborough on an ad hoc basis , including planned holiday cover and occasional short-notice shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming visitors and managing the front desk Answering and directing incoming calls Handling email enquiries Managing appointments and diaries General administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document support) Supporting the wider office team as required

About You

Previous reception or administration experience (desirable) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Able to pick things up quickly and work independently Professional, reliable, and adaptable
