JustOT are looking to recruit a band 6 Acute Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in Dorset.

The pay for this position is GBP20 – GBP23 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.

Essential experience – 2+ years experience within the NHS Band 5 Occupational Therapy experience covering the following core areas:
* Older adults
* Neurology
* Orthopaedics
* Acute NHS Experience in an acute physical setting.
* BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy Degree HCPC Registration.
* Ability to drive, hold a clean drivers licence Ability to speak English as necessary to undertake the role.
* Ability to teach patients, relatives, carers & staff.
* How to critique research articles Demonstrate excellent verbal and nonverbal communication with an ability to establish a good rapport with a range of people.
* To be able to delegate appropriately.
* Ability to teach & supervise Junior staff & assistants .
* Good time management.
* IT Skills Ability to prioritise clinical workload.

Successful candidates must hold a degree in occupational therapy and be HCPC registered.
