JustPhysio are looking to recruit a band 6 Acute Medical Physiotherapist for a locum position with our client in Ipswich.

The pay for this position is GBP20 – GBP23 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an on – going duration.

Job Description:
Role is based in the acute hospital, with the focus on therapeutic assessment and safe/appropriate discharge planning from the acute hospital setting to the community. Role will entail completing initial therapy assessments, functional assessments, onward referrals for care/therapy input at home and/or referral to community hospital beds as deemed appropriate.
Ensuring appropriate professions are involved. Escalating issues within MDT as appropriate.
Timely and efficient assessment and discharge planning, prioritisation of caseload and autonomous working.

It is essential for applicants to have a minimum of 1-year post-graduate experience, right to work in the UK and HCPC registration.
