Job Title: Acumatica Business Analyst & Consultant – Financials Implementation Specialist
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Acumatica Business Analyst & Consultant to lead ERP implementations with a strong focus on Financials. This role combines business analysis, ERP configuration, and technical translation—working closely with customers and developers to deliver effective Acumatica solutions and long-term system optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Acumatica ERP implementations, particularly Financials (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Multi-Branch, Multi-Currency, Intercompany).
Gather requirements, conduct process mapping and gap analysis, and oversee configuration, testing, training, data migration, and go-live support.
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for developers (customisations, workflows, APIs, automation).
Provide post-implementation consulting, optimisation, and user training.
Design and implement advanced Acumatica features including Business Events, Generic Inquiries, dashboards, automation workflows, and integrations.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years’ experience with Acumatica ERP (2023R2+ preferred).
Strong expertise in Acumatica Financials with 3+ full-cycle implementations.
Proven ability to produce detailed development specifications for technical teams.
Strong knowledge of Generic Inquiries, Business Events, automation workflows, dashboards, and APIs.
Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting skills.
Experience with SQL, integrations, and data migration is advantageous.
Acumatica certification and a relevant degree (Accounting, Business, Information Systems) preferred.
Additional Information
Remote role with 20–40% travel.
