An established, specialist acoustic consultancy is seeking an Acoustic Consultant to join their Dublin-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-respected niche practice delivering high-quality acoustic advice across a broad range of sectors.

The role offers a balanced split between environmental acoustics (planning support) and building acoustics (design and construction stages), providing strong technical variety and long-term career development.

The Role

Managing your own acoustic projects from inception to delivery

Environmental noise assessments to support planning applications
*

Building acoustics input across design and construction stages
*

Liaising directly with clients, design teams, and local authorities
*

Site visits, measurements, reporting, and technical assessments

Requirements

Degree (or equivalent) in Acoustics or a related discipline
*

Experience in both environmental and building acoustics
*

Proven ability to manage projects independently

Strong report writing and client communication skills
