This team works on II shift to cooperate with Latin America markets. Being on Accounts Receivable Specialist position you will have an opportunities to develop in Finance area and work with known language.What will you be doing?

  • Be proactive and innovative with ideas to improve service and deliverables to the client.
  • Handle client queries and escalations in a service oriented way, ensure feedback to client queries within agreed turnaround time.
  • Support operational performance reporting activities.
  • Track the KPI wrt receivables (Ageing, unadjusted on account payments, back logs, Days Outstanding etc.) in Management Information System.
  • Support internal/external audits with documentation and processes.
  • Ensure compliance to statutory regulations, Tax requirements, Accounting Standards (International & Local), Audit requirements etc.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Background in accounting and shared services would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Strong multitasking ability and proactive customer interaction skills.
  • Effective teamwork and interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to work on the second shift in Poland.
  • Language Skills:
  • Corporate language: English B2
  • Working with customers: Spanish B2
  • Nice to have: Portuguese B1
