Description
Process and manage accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately. Chase payments via phone and email. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Prepare and distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner. Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update the accounting system. Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries regarding invoices or payments. Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable professional should have:
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Clear communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams. A solid understanding of accounts receivable processes and best practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
