Accounts Payable Supervisor
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
£34,773 – £36,603 per year
35 hours per week
We have an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team, based in Worcester. The main
purpose of this role is to support the delivery and development of an effective customer service through the Finance Service Desk to meet the needs of the Group.
The role of Accounts Payable Supervisor will include:
-Support the team in developing the skills to be able to resolve more complex queries
-Provide Finance and Accounts Payable expertise to resolve queries
-Identify and respond to customer demand, providing analysis to help improve Accounts Payable services
-Manage and develop effective administration systems and processes to ensure the maintenance of accurate and complete records
-Support the development and maintenance of effective relationships with all key stakeholders
-Manage team performance to meet SLA’s and KPIs
-Develop, implement and continually review service standards
Skills and experiences:
-AAT or relevant experience professional qualification is desirable
-Proven experience of working in an Accounts Payable customer service role is desirable
-Experience of managing and developing staff is essential
-Experience of providing Accounts Payable customer support services
-Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
-Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams

-Role salary is £31,611 with an additional policy allowance of £3,161 per annum (rising to £33,275 with an additional policy allowance of £3,327 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
