WORK OPTION: In-Office 4 days/week in Secaucus, NJ

Essential Functions and Job Summary
The accounts payable coordinator will primarily be responsible for processing vouchers, resolving exceptions in the NBA’s e-invoicing system, approving vendor on-boarding requests and fielding vendor/internal inquiries.
Major Responsibilities
-Approve invoices in Corcentric (NBA e-invoicing system)
-Approve travel and expense reports in Concur (NBA travel and expense management system)
-Resolve all invoice exception errors.
-Review and approve vendors via vendor on-boarding tool.
-Process domestic and international wires
-Execute pay runs – checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
-Enter manual vouchers in AP subsystem.
-Review, analyze AP interface data and resolve any errors.
-Prepare accounts payable reconciliations.
-Assist in the compilation, distribution, and analysis of accounts payable metrics.
-Follow up and resolve inquiries from internal/external parties.
-Assist in system implementation testing.
-Assist with year-end audit.
-Assist in special projects as needed.
Required Education/Professional Experience
-BS or BA degree preferred
Required Skills/Knowledge Attributes
-2-3 years’ experience in accounts payable (recent college graduates with no experience will be considered)
-Basic understanding of Sales and Use Tax
-Knowledge of SAP, Concur, and Corcentric preferred.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000
