Accounts Manager

Location: Leicester

Salary: A£28,000 – A£35,000 (DOE)

Hours: Full Time – Office Based

Holidays: 23 days holiday + Stat

Key responsibilities include:

* Raise and post journals
* Overhead review
* Analyse and post credit card transactions
* Manage month-end procedures using Omnis and Sigma
* Perform bank reconciliations
* Prepare ad-hoc financial reports
* Enter timesheets and prepare costings
* Set up sales orders
* Raise and manage purchase orders
* Provide month-end cover
* Maintain cashflow models
* Process and code invoices
* Maintain cashbooks and handle petty cash

Additional Duties

* Conduct stock checks
* Record holidays and sickness
* Open and allocate incoming post
* Manage procurement and chase parts
