Logistics People are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team.

Location: Minworth, B76 9EH

Working Hours:

* Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 Shifts Available

Pay Rate: A£13.07 P/hr

As an Accounts Assistant your role will consist of various duties but not limited to:

* Checking the accuracy of purchase invoices
* Update of purchase order logs
* Preparation of weekly costings
* Reconcile of 3rd party volume data
* Track and identify the discrepancies in the data provided

* Have excellent problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills
* Be able to make decisions under pressure and to a tight timescale
* Have a flexible and adaptable approach to working in order to meet the requirements of the business, particularly at peak periods during the year
* Be able to communicate well at all levels within the business
* PC Literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
