Are you an organised and detail-driven Accounts professional looking to take your next step in finance? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business where you’ll play a key role in supporting a busy finance team – and be given the chance to develop your skills and responsibilities as you go.

YOUR ROLE:
As an Accounts Administrator , you’ll provide essential day-to-day support to the finance function – from managing transactional processing to assisting with month-end tasks and financial reporting. You’ll work closely with the Finance Director, gaining valuable exposure to all aspects of accounting and administration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

* Processing and maintaining accurate accounts payable and receivable records.

* Assisting with preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and reports.

* Supporting cashflow management and month-end/year-end processes.

* Managing staff expenses, petty cash, and credit card reconciliations.

* Assisting with VAT returns and compliance checks.

* Providing wider office administration support and maintaining a professional front-of-house presence.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Aœ”️ Working towards (or qualified in) AAT or equivalent
Aœ”️ Experience using Sage (Sage 200 preferred) and Microsoft Office
Aœ”️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Aœ”️ Excellent organisational and time management skills
Aœ”️ Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Aœ”️ Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Aœ”️ Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
