Monday – Friday hours (Early finish on a Friday)

I am currently working with a precision engineering client in Aylesbury who are looking for an Accounts Admin to join the accounts team.

Main responsibilities:

* Answering telephone calls
* Processing staff expenses and credit cards
* Processing daily/ monthly reporting
* Liaising with customers, production team and suppliers
* Purchasing ledger including matching, coding, posting purchase invoices, credits and reconciling statements
* Resolving any internal and external queries
* Producing invoices, credits and allocating payments

To be considered for this position you will have an an Accounts/ Admins position previously and handled some kind of purchasing.
