We are looking for an Accounting Tax and General Ledger (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Job Requirements

Duties & responsabilities

• Perform GL daily operational activities (e.g.: accounts reconciliation, GL entries)
• Guarantee an accurate fixed assets register and Intercompany reconciliation
• Perform GL/IFRS entries at month/year-end (e.g.: accruals, accrued/deferred P&L)
• Review B/S and P&L and perform the IFRS monthly reporting
• Help to provide Statutory disclosures
• Tax compliance: quarterly/yearly VAT return, Income vendors’ statements (CU), Taxes.
• Help implement accounting software/ERP systems to enhance financial operations
• Ensure strict adherence to internal compliance standards

Technical Skills

• Strong Tax and VAT knowledge (AR, AP, foreign exchanges)
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical accounting experience
• Coaching and/or mentoring skills
• Microsoft Office proficient user (Excel, D365)

Other requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in a similar function or related field
• Italian native
• English Advanced
