Accounting Operations Specialist – Immediate start for a long-term contract

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounting Operations Specialist to join this dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
– Managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling, financial statements, assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes, processing payroll, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and supporting internal and external audits.
– Ensuring a smooth payments process (banks web portal, deposit payments, funding bank to bank)
– Managing all bank statement manual bookings postings in SAP.
– Overviewing all bank reconciliation and managing all Certification of bank accounts for closing activities.
Requirements:
– University degree in Accounting or Economics
– 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role or finance roles
– SAP knowledge
– Accurate, polite, fast learning, team player, and possess a customer service mindset.
– French or Dutch language proficiency is a plus, and English is mandatory.
