• Your mission is to help the Account Management team build an engaged and always growing community of trusted fleet partners (privates and professionals) across Europe.
• You will work on the development and the retention of small to large fleets partners for Getaround’s French market.

What you’ll do:

• Managing the accounting team (2 people)Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department for all our entity in EU
• Ensure accuracy in bookkeeping and financial records
• Support monthly (D+5) and year-end financial closes, including assigned journal entries,balance sheet account reconciliations, accruals
• Work with FP&A to identify and explain fluctuations in monthly financial information
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns and other statutory financial filings

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (BTS/DCG) or higher
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Fluent in French and English
• A previous successful experience with Netsuite
• You are a pro-active, detail oriented person with an analytical mindset
• You are a reliable person, organized and willing to meet deadlines
