Accounting Assistant

Position Summary:

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our global finance team and play a key role in supporting our daily accounting operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for cash allocation and bank reconciliations across multiple regions, ensuring financial accuracy and contributing to the efficiency of our global processes. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Europe, the United States, and India in a dynamic, international environment where precision and teamwork drive success.

Responsibilities

-Manage and process global bank statements, accurately allocating incoming and outgoing payments.
-Perform general ledger and bank reconciliations with attention to detail and consistency.
-Partner with internal teams to clarify and resolve unidentified payments.
-Communicate effectively with peers and managers across time zones, primarily via Microsoft Teams.
-Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Cash Allocation team to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.
 

Qualifications

-At least 3 years of experience in an accounting or cash application position.
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience and/or training.
-Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
-Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems such as Workday, NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
-Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
-Enthusiastic, flexible, and comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment.
