Our mission is to promote cross-cultural understanding by focusing on leadership development through practical experiences, cultural exchange, and community engagement.We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers between years 18 and 30 to fill various exciting roles in our global, youth-led organization! 🌐As a Finance Member Volunteer with AIESEC, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to engage and inspire the next generation of leaders. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting the management and optimization our financial resources to support our mission. You’ll work on bookkeeping ensuring the efficient allocation of funds across our initiatives. No extensive experience is required to apply.Skills:

• Comprehendible knowledge in MS Excel and Google Sheets + MS Word
• Solid understanding of legal terms in non-profit organizations
• Knowledge in bookkeeping
• Knowledge in using bookkeeping software, ideally E-conomic
• Knowing basic taxation rules that apply to legal entities
• Knowledge in creating and maintaining budgets

What you’ll do:

• Manages bookkeeping on a daily / bi-daily basis
• Communicates any concerns regarding bookkeeping with the Manager
• Supports management in cost optimization practices
• Supports manager in maintaining budget
• Creates special budgets for events, projects in need
• Helps the management in creating the monthly and quarterly reports
• Helps organizing legalities during official meetings
