Job description

Main tasks:

• Managing month-end closing process
• Preparing VAT and Intrastat returns
• Preparing annual accounts and corporate tax returns
• Credit management and setting credit limits
• Handling other legal reporting, e.g., green dot filings
• Setting up and maintaining master data
• Assisting during the commercial forecasting process
• Analyzing commercial spend lines and recommending correct course of action

Offering help when needed on the following tasks:

• Booking accounts payable invoices and preparing payment runs
• Booking bank statements and performing customer billing

Project management regarding:

• Developing processes, controls, and procedures
• Implementing continuous improvement ideas, process optimization, and automation
• Further developing commercial forecasting and forward-looking abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Interpersonal Skills:

• Flexible, team-oriented, and accountable

Computer Skills:

• ERP system knowledge (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred
• Proficient in Excel

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English; Dutch/French optional
• Additional languages a plus
