Job Title: Accounting & Treasury Intern

A little bit about our team:

Our Finance department is a core pillar of our company at a local and global level, responsible

for ensuring financial health and operational efficiency that fuels our growth. We are a

collaborative group of professionals who value transparency, analytical rigor, and continuous

improvement.

In this role, you will join our Italian Accounting &Treasury unit.

As an Intern, you won’t just be observing; you will be an active contributor.

Your role: Accounting &Treasury Intern

We are seeking a bright, analytical, and motivated individual to join our Finance team in Italy.

As an Accounting & Treasury Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our team in

all daily accounting management activities.

Here you’ll get to: Support the team in the following activities with a primary focus on the

Accounts Payable (AP) cycle.

• Accounts Payable: Posting supplier invoices, expense reports, and managing supplier

Master Data.

• Accounts Receivable: Recording receipts, managing recharges, and monitoring the

accounts receivable aging report.

• Treasury Support: Collaborating on daily treasury activities and reconciling corporate

credit/debit cards.

• General Ledger: Supporting the team’s daily activities and posting journal entries.
• Monthly Closings: Assisting during periodic closing activities.

About you:

Ragioneria / High school diploma in Accounting or a Degree (completed or in progress) in

Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (specifically Excel; proficiency in

pivot tables and logical functions is essential).

o In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.

• Soft Skills:

o Extreme precision and high attention to detail.

o Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines (deadline-oriented).

o Problem-solving attitude and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment.

We’d love it if you also had:

Languages: Good knowledge of English and Italian (both written and spoken).
