• Oversee key financial processes, including cash accounting, cash forecasting, local tax leases, and revenue recognition
• Support HR with financial requests (advances, severance, garnishments)
• Ensure compliance with VAT obligations
• Supervise the AP team on booking accuracy, system management, tax compliance, and timely payments
• Manage client relationships, including access management, payment execution, and overdraft facilitation
• Prepare and present financial data for auditor reviews
• Perform high-level balance sheet reconciliations
• Participate in accounting automation projects and cost accounting alignment
• Assist the Spain Chief Accountant with process and control improvements
• Collaborate across the organization’s structure

Requirements

• Business Administration Bachelor or similar with accounting experience
• Sophisticated skills with the Microsoft Package
• Confident working with a large amount of data
• Knowledge of differences between US GAAP and Spanish GAAP
• High level of analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• True team player with the ability to work autonomously
• Prior experience in a multinational environment
• ERP Oracle and Hyperion Planning experience is a big plus
