Responsible for managing the accounting operations of the companies in compliance with required GAAP standards, including balance sheets, P&L statements, Capex, vendor management, intercompany reconciliations, equity, and debtTasks

• Responsible for managing the accounting operations of the companies in compliance with required GAAP standards, including balance sheets, P&L statements, Capex, vendor management, intercompany reconciliations, equity, and debt
• Oversee financial reporting and tax filings for multiple entities
• Coordinate with external firms for seamless accounting and tax closures
• Manage bank reconciliations and invoice processing for efficient financial operations
• Ensure accurate recording of fixed assets and active participation in monthly closures
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and liaise with financial institutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance or related field
• Experience performing similar duties in the accounting department of a company or in an accounting firm
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish General Accounting Plan
• Knowledge of IFRS is desirable
• Knowledge of Italian is a plus
