Job Description

This role will support the accounting operations, mainly related to accounts payable, and in the daily contact with suppliers. It will also support the customer collections accounts.

Main responsibilities:

• To support the input of incoming invoices in the systems
• To support the checking-up and closing of files and to check up on outstanding suppliers.
• To support preparing, maintaining, and updating documentation of processes to meet account requirements and changes in customer demands
• Day-to-day accounting activities
• Controlling AR/AP/General Ledger
• Assisting in day-to-day operations

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of basic and accounting topics, such as tax procedures, accounting software, economics, principles of finance, and standard business practices
• knowledge of business languages: Good communication in English
• Advanced Excel skills
